Job summary

Blackwood Solutions is hiring CDL Class A Boom Operator drivers to operate end dump and knuckle boom/grapple equipment across a regional route. You will be on the road with a schedule that gets you home every other weekend, and you will be paid weekly with overtime opportunities.

You will receive a $1,400–$2,100 weekly pay range, a $500 monthly safety bonus, and company benefits. You’ll work with late-model trucks, all PPE provided, and travel as a company employee with hotel coverage when away.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with at least 1 year of experience.
• Knuckle Boom/Grapple experience a plus - we'll train the right candidate.

HERE'S WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

• $1,400-$2,100 per week with overtime, paid weekly
• $500/month earned safety bonus on top of your paycheck
• 2 weeks out, home on your 2nd weekend - and we pay for your hotel while you're away
• Overtime at time and a half over 40 hours, and overtime is regularly available
• You're a company employee, not a contractor
