Job summary

Blackwood Solutions, Inc is seeking a CDL Class A Boom Operator to operate knuckle boom/grapple equipment on regional routes. This full-time on-the-road position offers a weekly pay scale and a solid benefits package.

You will drive company trucks, adhere to safety standards, and contribute to our nationwide pole recycling and distribution network. The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and the ability to work away from home with hotel accommodations paid while on extended trips.

HERE'S WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

• $1,400-$2,100 per week with overtime, paid weekly
• $500/month earned safety bonus on top of your paycheck
• 2 weeks out, home on your 2nd weekend - and we pay for your hotel while you're away
• Overtime at time and a half over 40 hours, and overtime is regularly available
• You're a company employee, not a contractor
• Every work-related expense covered
• Late-model, well-maintained, state-of-the-art trucks
• All required PPE supplied — just bring your safety boots
