Job summary

DiCarlo Distributors Inc. in Holtsville, NY seeks CDL Class A or B Delivery Drivers to safely operate refrigerated trucks and deliver food products throughout the Tri-State area.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• Valid CDL Class A or B license.
• Ability to obtain or hold a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card.
• Ability to regularly lift and move 50 pounds or more.
• Strong commitment to safety and reliability.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
• Ability to understand Highway Traffic signs and reports per DOT.
• Must pass background screening and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate assigned commercial vehicles per regulations.
• Perform touch freight deliveries using hand truck or pallet jack.
• Verify product accuracy and obtain customer signatures.
• Collect payment from customers when required.
• Communicate issues to dispatch.
• Report accidents or safety concerns.
• Maintain professional customer service while representing the company.
