Quick Supply Co. is a nationally recognized family-owned and locally operated company. We are excited to expand our operations and are immediately hiring full-time CDL Drivers with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements in the Bloomington, IN area.

Position: CDL Drivers/Blast Crew

Position Overview

Our Drivers transport bulk and packaged products to customer job sites, operate our vehicles to manufacture and deliver product into blast holes, and provide general blast crew labor as needed.

Driver candidates must have a valid CDL Class A or B with current Hazmat and Tank endorsements as well as current medical certification. If you need either of these endorsements and are willing to obtain them within 90 days of hire, we will assist you to do so.

Responsibilities of the Position

• Prioritize safety and compliance in all daily activities.
• Be reliable and work closely with other location and crew members to provide exceptional customer service.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Load and unload vehicles, ensuring products are handled, transported, and stored according to policy and regulations.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, lifting and carrying 50 pounds or more regularly.
• Pull hoses, shovel, and frequently walk, bend, or squat.
• Attend training sessions and demonstrate knowledge of vehicle operating systems and product application.
• Be available to work overtime to meet customer objectives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess a valid CDL license with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements and current medical certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding outdoor work daily.
• Ability to work under various weather conditions on rough terrain.
• Self-motivated, dependable, with a strong work ethic.
