Job summary

Pack Rat Hauling is seeking a dependable CDL Roll-Off Driver to join our team in Leesburg, Virginia. You will operate roll-off trucks to deliver, exchange, and remove dumpsters at residential, commercial, and construction sites in Northern Virginia.

The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent customer service, and a commitment to safe and efficient operations, with a Monday–Friday schedule and 40–50 hours per week. A $1,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL required.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL roll-off truck in compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies.
• Deliver, exchange, and remove roll-off containers at customer locations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation.
• Secure containers and loads properly before transport.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and dispatch.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all job sites.
• Report vehicle maintenance issues, accidents, incidents, or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance of assigned equipment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines.

This position involves operating roll‑off trucks to deliver, exchange, and remove dumpsters at residential, commercial, and construction sites throughout Northern Virginia.
