Position Summary

Pack Rat Hauling is seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Roll-Off Driver to join our growing team in Leesburg, Virginia. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to safe and efficient operations.

This position involves operating roll-off trucks to deliver, exchange, and remove dumpsters at residential, commercial, and construction sites throughout Northern Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL roll-off truck in compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies
• Deliver, exchange, and remove roll-off containers at customer locations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation
• Secure containers and loads properly before transport
• Maintain professional communication with customers and dispatch
• Provide exceptional customer service at all job sites
• Report vehicle maintenance issues, accidents, incidents, or safety concerns promptly
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance of assigned equipment
• Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines

Qualifications Required

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service

Preferred

• Previous roll-off driving experience
• Manual transmission experience

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Typical work week: 40–50 hours
• Occasional Saturdays as needed
