Ardaman & Associates, Inc. is seeking an entry-level General Laborer - Driller Helper to support field drilling operations for geotechnical studies. Work outdoors on various sites, assisting the crew chief with drill rigs, equipment setup, material handling, and sample collection.
Physical work is required and safety is emphasized throughout training and shifts. Qualifications include willingness to learn, ability to lift up to 80 lbs, and a valid DOT medical certificate (or ability to obtain).

A driller helper will assist the crew chief in solid auger and rotary drilling techniques. The driller helper will provide assistance to move, set up and operate drill rigs and related equipment to drill test holes for geotechnical engineering studies. Site investigation/geotechnical drilling is done to determine the soil characteristics on sites to be developed as buildings, roadways and bridges. Work is outdoors. The work is generally physically demanding. However, safety is in our work is an uncompromised value and we are proud of our safety record.
