Job summary

Minnesota Coaches LLC is seeking a Motorcoach Driver to safely transport passengers on long-distance and local routes, including charters and tours.

Must hold CDL with passenger endorsement, have a clean driving record, and 2+ years in motorcoach or commercial driving. Knowledge of DOT regulations and hours of service, plus a strong safety and customer-service mindset, is required. Willingness to work varied hours is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL with passenger endorsement.
• Clean driving record; pass background checks and drug screening.
• Previous motorcoach or commercial driving experience preferred (2 years).
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and hours of service.
• Commitment to safety and customer service.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to manage time, routes, and trip schedules independently.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a motorcoach for charter trips, tours, and contracted routes.
• Transport passengers to destinations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct pre trip and post trip inspections; report maintenance concerns.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, state, and company safety regulations.
• Maintain logs, mileage, and trip documentation.
• Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and general needs.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, and route updates.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the motorcoach.
• Follow all safety procedures and respond in emergency situations.
