Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid Driving License.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required per airport/state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of agents.
• Manages shift schedules, workstation assignments, training, vacations, breaks, overtime, backups and rotations.
• Communicates with manager about problems or issues.
• Schedules and conducts shift meetings.
• Assists in payroll administration; completes shift paperwork.
• Monitors and enforces safe working conditions per regulations and company policy.
• Promotes Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity.
• Assigns drivers to vehicles and routes.
• Consolidates operator paperwork and completes a check-off list.
• Ensures required paperwork and driver inspections are completed.
• Completes daily shift reports (fuel, vehicle issues, logs, worksheets).
• Coordinates with clients for passenger/crew movement between areas.
• Driver routes fill-in when necessary.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
