Greyhound in Jacksonville, FL is seeking full-time bus drivers to join our safety‑minded team. You will operate comfortable coaches, follow schedules, and ensure a safe, friendly experience for every passenger.

Must hold a valid CDL with Passenger 16+ endorsement, pass a DOT physical and pre‑employment drug screen, and be 22 or older. The role features competitive hourly pay, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed with Class A or B CDL.
• Passenger 16+ endorsement and no air brake restriction.
• 22 years of age or older.
• Able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.
• Full-time employment consideration only.
• Ability to work varied schedule based on regional driver needs.

Responsabilités

• Operate a bus in a safe and efficient manner; follow routes and schedules.
• Ensure passenger safety and comfort; assist when needed and keep bus clean.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; maintain bus in good condition.
• Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the bus.
• Report maintenance issues or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
• Assist passengers with boarding/exiting and securing belongings.
• Follow emergency procedures and company protocols.
• Keep records of miles driven, fuel usage, and other required documentation.
• Stay updated on company policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate a bus in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations
• Follow designated routes and schedules, making necessary adjustments when required
• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers by providing assistance when needed and maintaining a clean bus
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition
• Maintain a clean and orderly bus, including regular cleaning of the interior and exterior
• Report any maintenance issues, accidents, or incidents to the appropriate authorities
• Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and securing their personal belongings
• Follow emergency procedures and respond to incidents in accordance with company protocols
• Keep records of miles driven, fuel usage, and other required documentation
• Stay updated on company policies and safety procedures

Compensation Range

USD $28.90 - USD $32.84 /Hr.
