Job summary

The Landline Company is seeking a full-time Trenton Driver to operate Landline motorcoaches between Trenton, Philadelphia, and other regional airports. You will be part of a safety-focused team, handling scheduled routes and ensuring timely airport connections for travelers.

Qualified candidates will hold a valid CDL with Passenger and air brake endorsements, a current DOT medical card, and at least 3 years of passenger driving experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years (36 months) of commercial passenger driving experience.
• Valid Class A or B CDL with Passenger (P) and air brake endorsement.
• Current DOT medical card.
• Ability to pass DOT drug and alcohol testing.
• Ability to pass TSA and airport background checks, including fingerprinting.
• Flexibility to work at multiple locations on varying schedules year-round.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Landline motorcoaches on scheduled routes.
• Cover routes across multiple airports as needed.
• Obtain and maintain airport security badges (company-sponsored).
• Provide professional, friendly service to passengers.
• Complete DOT paperwork and pre/post-trip inspections.
• Maintain professional appearance while in uniform.

Full-Time Motorcoach Driver, Trenton, NJ

Landline takes travelers straight to their gate - skipping the terminal crush at the busiest airports in North America. Our drivers operate in a challenging environment at the airport and are the reason our service works. We're growing fast, and we're hiring CDL drivers in Sonoma County to run scheduled motorcoach service between Sonoma County Airport and SFO. You'll be operating a fixed route on a predictable schedule using our state-of-the art vehicles. Our passengers are connecting to flights all over the world, and their whole trip depends on getting to the airport safely and on time. We take that seriously, and we pay and support our drivers with market-leading pay and full benefits.

About This Role
As a Trenton Driver, you're the backbone of our East Coast operation and may support stand-by and bus swaps. You'll primarily run our Trenton (TTN) to Philadelphia (PHL) route, and you'll cover shifts across our other regional airports as needed: Wilmington (IDE), Allentown (ABE), Atlantic City (ACY), and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (AVP). If you like variety and want to learn our whole network, this is the role for you. Drivers report to Trenton (TTN) or our Depot in Fairless Hills, PA.

Pay:$30.00 per hour

What You'll Do

• Safely operate Landline luxury motorcoaches on scheduled tarmac-to-tarmac airport connections
• Cover routes across multiple airports based on operational needs
• Obtain and maintain airport security badges at each location we serve (company-sponsored and paid)
• Provide professional, friendly service to passengers
• Complete required DOT documentation and pre/post-trip safety inspections
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while in uniform and on duty
• Perform routine fueling and basic vehicle cleaning

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A or B CDL with Passenger (P) and air brake endorsement
• Current DOT medical card
• 3 years (36 months) of commercial passenger driving experience
• Ability to pass DOT drug and alcohol testing(safety-sensitive position)
• Ability to pass TSA and airportbackground checks, including fingerprinting
• Flexibility to work at multiple locations on varying schedules as we run 365 days a year
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Schedule:
Drivers participate in a quarterly schedule bidding system. Shifts may include from early mornings to evening, weekends, and holidays depending on seniority.
