Requirements include a valid CDL with a clean driving record and a CDL Passenger Endorsement; experience is preferred but not required. You must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Experience as a bus driver is preferred but not required.
• Valid CDL Passenger Endorsement.
• Excellent customer service and professional interaction with diverse passengers.
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns in Colorado Springs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate a bus safely and efficiently, following traffic laws and company policies.
• Ensure passenger comfort and safety with excellent service.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized bus and perform regular cleaning.
• Report mechanical issues to the maintenance team promptly.
• Follow a scheduled route and ensure timely departures and arrivals.
• Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, especially during peak hours.
