Job summary

Transdev in Salinas, CA is seeking an experienced CDL Bus Driver to ensure safe, reliable transport on assigned routes with a focus on customer service. You will perform pre-/post-trip inspections, assist passengers, and adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

We require a CDL with Passenger Endorsement (Class B or C), 3+ years of driving experience, and excellent communication skills. This full-time role offers union pay, benefits, and opportunities within the Transdev safety-first

Qualifications

• Must hold CDL Class B with Passenger Endorsement or CDL Class C with Passenger Endorsement.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Safety-focused operations: follow routes and schedules with strict safety and traffic compliance.
• Passenger care: assist passengers, ensure smooth boarding and timely disembarkation.
• Vehicle vigilance: perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Adherence to protocols: enforce seat belts, emergency readiness, and company policies.
• Other duties as required.
