Job summary

Coach USA in Paramus, NJ is hiring full-time Line Run Bus Drivers with CDL and passenger and air brake endorsements to join our growing team.

Starting wage is $23.30 per hour, with potential to earn up to $27.00 after one year, plus paid training, health/dental/vision insurance, a retirement plan, and paid holidays after probation. Candidates must be 21+, have a high school diploma or GED preferred, pass pre-employment tests, and be willing to work varied schedules, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Have a CDL with passenger and air brake endorsements – no permits.
• 21 year or older
• High school diploma/GED preferred
• No history of DUI/Impaired Driving Violations in the last 7 years
• Pass Pre-employment essential function test
• Pass Pre-employment drug test
• Meet DOT physical qualifications
• Be willing to work varied schedules, including weekends, Saturday and Sunday

Responsibilities

• Operate buses in Paramus, NJ according to schedules and routes.
• Provide safe transportation to passengers and maintain professionalism.
• Adhere to DOT and Coach USA safety standards during all trips.
• Complete required training and maintain necessary endorsements.
