Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Driver- CDL (B) to safely operate a collection truck and provide prompt, courteous waste removal services to customers. You will ensure vehicle compliance with safety standards, complete daily vehicle condition reports, and follow all state and federal regulations.

Daily duties include pre/post-trip inspections, loading waste, interacting with customers and dispatchers, and maintaining compliance with safety policies. CDL-B certification with air brakes is required.

Qualifications

• Class B or higher Commercial Driver’s license with air brakes endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle.
• Safely operate the heavy truck on assigned routes and service customers.
• Complete route productivity sheets and VCRs.
• Follow safety policies and promote a professional, courteous service.
