Job summary

Republic Services, Bryan, OH, is seeking a CDL-B driver to safely operate a collection truck and provide prompt, courteous waste removal for customers.

You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, ensure compliance with safety standards, and complete required reports to keep routes efficient. A Class B CDL with air brakes is required, along with good customer service and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Class B or higher Commercial Driver’s license with air brakes endorsement.
• Good customer service skills.
• Ability to adhere to safety policies and company rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle.
• Safely operate the truck along the route and service each customer.
• Read route sheet and follow dispatcher instructions.
• Complete required route/productivity sheets, VCRs and other reports.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in ReSOP program.
