Qualifications

• Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Safe operation of a heavy truck on assigned routes.
• Load and unload refuse and operate the compactor.
• Courteous interaction with customers, dispatchers and colleagues.
• Complete route reports, VCRs and other required documents.
• Adhere to all safety policies and company rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle.
• Safely operate the heavy truck along designated routes to disposal sites.
• Operate controls to lift, load, and dispose of waste material.
• Interact courteously with customers and dispatchers.
• Identify unsatisfactory waste containers and monitor waste quality.
• Complete required reports and maintain productivity standards.
