Job summary

Republic Services, Inc. is seeking a Driver- CDL (B) to safely operate a collection truck and provide prompt, courteous waste removal in Minnesota.

The role requires daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with all regulations, while maintaining high standards of customer service on every route. You will read route sheets, service customers, and complete vehicle condition reports to repair any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Class B or higher Commercial Driver’s license with air brakes endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections per policy.
• Safely operate the collection truck on designated routes and service customers.
• Load refuse, operate the packer, and dispose materials at the designated facility.
• Interact with customers and dispatchers professionally to ensure on-time service.
• Maintain safety, report issues, and complete required reports (VCRs, productivity sheets).
