Job summary

Restaurant Technologies in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver I to operate a 12,000–20,000 lb. GVW straight truck on local routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens with safety and excellent customer service.

The role offers $28.00 per hour, a quarterly bonus up to $5,200, four 10-hour shifts Wednesday through Saturday starting at 3:00 PM, and growth opportunities along with strong benefits including medical, dental, 401k and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting).
• Strong safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate an automatic straight truck on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens with safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
• Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load and unload cooking oil.
• Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing and compliance.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs.
• Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service.
• Uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards.

Compensation

• The pay for this position is $28.00 per hour.
• Shift differential may also apply
• The position is also eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to $5,200 per year.

The schedule for this position is Wednesday through Saturday. You’ll work four 10-hour shifts each week, starting at 3:00 P.M.

Primary Job Accountabilities

Education, Requirements & Competencies

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.)
• Strong safety mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED highly preferred
• 2+ years of CDL-regulated driving experience
• Bilingual
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting

Driving Record Expectations

Safe Driving Record (Past 36 Months): Limited MVR moving violations or PSP report violations. Zero Tolerance (Past 5 Years): No speeding over 100 mph Drug & Alcohol Compliance: This position requires the operation of a DOT-regulated vehicle, and candidates will be subject to passing a DOT-mandated pre-employment drug test. Please be advised, a positive result for any controlled substance will disqualify applicants; including marijuana (THC), even if it is legal under state or local law. Additionally, Subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.
