Restaurant Technologies in Sharonville, OH is seeking a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver to join a safety-first team delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens. You will operate an automatic straight truck on local routes, ensuring accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.

This role offers weekend shifts, overtime potential, a quarterly bonus, and growth opportunities across 41 locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens with safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service.
• Connect hoses to customer oil tanks to load and unload cooking oil.
• Use company-issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing and compliance.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs.
• Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service.
• Uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards.

Compensation

• The pay for this position is $31 per hour (comprised of a base rate of $26 per hour + $5 per hour Weekend Warrior premium). Shift differential and overtime pay may also apply, and the position is also eligible for a quarterly bonus of up to $5,200 per year.
• Opportunities to increase base pay with weekend shifts, tenure and level-up development programs.

Available Shift(s)

• The schedule for this position is Saturday through Monday. You’ll work three 13-hour shifts each week, starting at 6:00 P.M.

Local Routes

Flexibility is required for overnight hotel stay Sunday into Monday as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Requirements

• Mustbe at least 21 years old.

• Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.)
• Strong safety mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED highly preferred
• 2+ years of CDL-regulated driving experience
• Bilingual
• Comfortable using hand tools andperformingbasic troubleshooting
