Job summary

R+L Carriers is hiring CDL-B Truck Drivers for our Waller Service Center. You will handle city delivery and pickup of freight and return daily to the terminal, enjoying a consistent schedule with 1st Shift, Monday to Friday.

CDL-B Truck Driver Local

R+L Carriers has immediate opportunities for CLASS B Truck Drivers at our Waller Service Center. As a City P&D Driver you will be responsible for city delivery and pickup of freight, returning to the terminal daily. This includes multiple stops per working day, working with scan equipment, working directly with customers, and completing potential liftgate deliveries using an electric pallet jack and/or dolly.

CDL B City P&D Drivers, $33.76

1st Shift, Full-Time, Monday – Friday

Our drivers are home every day! Earn 1 week of vacation after 90 days of employment and enjoy an excellent benefits package that includes our very own employee resorts.

Requirements / Qualifications

• CDL Class B License
• Good driving record / MVR.
• Must be capable of delivering excellent customer service
• Must have strong problem‑solving skills
• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty

Preferred

• Experience making deliveries in a commercial vehicle in cities and small towns
• Experience using a lift gate and pallet jack
