Fundamental Labor Strategies is hiring CDL-A drivers for the Sterling, VA area. This local role offers consistent daytime hours with home daily and deliveries across MD, DC, and Virginia.

Shifts run 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Monday through Friday, full-time; overtime is available after 8 hours at $37.50 per hour. Paid weekly with occupational accident insurance.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required and clean driving record.
• Local Sterling, MD/DC/VA routes; daytime shift.
• OT after 8 hours, paid at higher rate.

Responsibilities

• Deliveries throughout MD, DC, and Virginia.
• Some hand unloads and some dock work.
• Local only routes with daily home time.
