Job summary

Fundamental Labor Strategies is seeking CDL-A drivers for local, home-daily routes in the Laurel, MD area. This role offers daytime hours, consistent schedules, and a 100% home daily expectation with deliveries across MD, DC, and VA.

The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday work week. Overtime applies after 8 hours for applicable days, and weekly pay is provided. Overtime rate is $37.50/hr when triggered, with a base rate of $25.00/hr.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required.
• Local daytime driving hours with home daily.

Responsibilities

• Deliveries throughout MD, DC, and Virginia.
• Some hand unloads and some dock work.
