Safety-Kleen in Waukesha, WI is seeking a Sales and Service Route Driver Trainee to train for a Class B CDL and operate a box truck for onsite service, waste pickups, and selling products along a defined route. Training to obtain CDL-B is paid by the company, and you will train at our out-of-state Academy as needed.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, home daily, with overtime after 40 hours.

• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Good time management and reliability for daily routes.
• Willingness to train for CDL-B with company support.

Mansioni

• Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pickups on the route.
• Operate and maintain safety while driving a Class B vehicle.
• Generate and manage leads for additional products/services.
