Job summary

Allstate Sweeping is seeking a reliable CDL B Driver to operate sweeping trucks across the Denver metro area, including Brighton. The role is full-time with overtime opportunities and requires availability on Saturdays and occasional Sundays with night work as needed.

No over-the-road driving; home every night is not guaranteed. On-the-job training is provided; previous experience is not required, though commercial driving, heavy equipment, or sweeping experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class B license.
• Maintain a clean MVR.
• Flexible schedule based on project needs.
• Safely operate and care for company equipment.
• Knowledge of the Denver metro area preferred.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and participate in training.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sweeping trucks equipped with air brakes.
• Follow all company and job-site safety procedures.
• Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Identify and communicate equipment or job-site issues to coworkers and management.
• Keep company equipment clean, safe, and ready for work.
• Work efficiently and professionally on assigned projects.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality.
