Job summary

Dietz & Watson seeks a Full Time Route Sales Driver to sell and merchandise our complete line to existing and new accounts while driving a Dietz and Watson truck. This role features weekly hours and a fixed start window from 4:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m., with comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

The candidate must hold a CDL B, maintain a clean 3-year driving record, and possess a Real ID or Passport to join our route team.

Qualifications

• CDL B license required.
• Clean driving history for 3 years.
• Real ID or Passport required.

Responsibilities

• Upsell and deliver Dietz and Watson products to an established Route.
• Build sales with clients/customers on a regular basis.
• Lift up to 20 pounds at arm’s length repeatedly; occasionally up to 60 pounds.
• Operate a Dietz and Watson truck and maintain safety standards.
• Work with the team to ensure timely deliveries and accuracy.
