East Penn Manufacturing Company, Inc. is seeking a dedicated regional CDL-B driver in Little Rock, AR. The role offers a consistent schedule with orderly deliveries to dedicated customers and a comprehensive benefits package.

The position pays $27.71 per hour, with a $2,500 sign-on/retention bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, a 401(k) plan and paid time off. Training for Hazmat endorsements is provided during probation.

Qualifications

• Class B Commercial Driver’s License with Endorsements for Air Brakes and Hazmat; endorsements not required before employment but obtained during probationary period.
• Literate with good communication and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive dedicated routes with consistent schedule and pay.
• Deliver and pick up freight to/from warehouses, stores, industrial plants, and other locations.
• Verify freight with shipping papers and maintain driver logs as required by law.
• Inspect vehicle and report any defects; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Interact with customers during deliveries and manage basic warehouse tasks.
