Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a Class B Driver (Retail Technician) to provide comprehensive environmental services including collection and disposal of damaged, discarded, or recalled products; recycling of light bulbs, oil, oil filters and other materials; and on-site cleanup activities. Clean Harbors will pay for your CDL B training.

As a Driver, you will visit retail client sites, load and transport waste, prepare DOT documents, and ensure safety at every stop while adhering to OSHA/DOT

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's license required.
• Eligible to obtain a CDL Class B with hazmat and tanker endorsement within 6 months of hire, company paid.
• Perform physical functions per job requirements.
• Background check, drug test, and physical required per position.
• Facial hair standards per OSHA 29 CFR 1910.34 for respirator positions.

Responsibilities

• Pick up, pack and transport damaged and discarded goods and recalled products.
• Load, pack and segregate materials and waste products.
• Drive a box truck and visit retail customer sites.
• Prepare DOT shipping documents.
• Interact with customers at each stop.
• Follow local, state and federal regulations and company health and safety plans.

CDL Class B eligible within 6 months
