Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Driver (Straight Truck)/Class B Delivery Driver in Romulus, MI to support our route deliveries and customer service. The role involves unloading at customer sites, operating a 26’ box truck, and coordinating with dispatch.

Shift is Monday–Friday 6:30am–3:00pm (or until route is completed). Must have CDL‑B, pass DOT medical, and a clean driving record; one year of CDL‑B and route delivery experience; ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL‑B license and pass DOT medical examination.
• Ability to maintain a clean driving record and comply with DOT regulations.
• At least 1 year of CDL‑B experience and 1 year of route delivery experience.
• Experience with hand pallet jack, manual pallet jack, and lift gate.
• Requires ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical workload.
• Strong work ethic and dependable team player.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 26’ box truck (GVW 26,000) and drive daily routes.
• Load and unload cargo using hand, pallet jack, and lift gate.
• Accurately document activity logs and report issues to dispatch.
• Inspect vehicle before and after trips and ensure vehicle readiness.
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service.
• Maintain a positive, outgoing attitude when interacting with customers.
