Republic Services is seeking a Driver- CDL (B) to safely operate a collection truck and deliver courteous, complete waste removal services on assigned routes. You will ensure vehicle compliance with safety standards, complete daily VCRs, and follow state and federal regulations to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement required.
• Prior experience operating heavy collection trucks preferred.
• Excellent customer service and safety-conscious approach required.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections per policy.
• Safely operate the truck along assigned routes and service customers on schedule.
• Load refuse, operate the compactor and dispose of waste at designated facilities.
• Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers and coworkers daily.
• Identify unsatisfactory waste containers and tag them as required.
• Maintain vehicle readiness and complete required reports (VCRs, productivity sheets).
