Job summary

Republic Services in Colorado Springs is seeking a Driver with a CDL-B to safely operate a collection truck and provide prompt, courteous waste removal for customers. You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, follow safety standards, and complete daily reports as required.

As part of your route duties, you will read and follow route sheets, service customers on schedule, identify any issues, and maintain a professional, safe presence while upholding company policies and regulatory

Qualifications

• CDL-B or higher with air brakes endorsement.
• Ability to perform pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle.
• Safely operate the heavy truck on assigned routes and service customers.
• Tag unsatisfactory waste containers and report issues per procedures.
• Complete route sheets and VCRs to document operations.
• Maintain productivity and adhere to safety policies.
