Job summary

Virtua Health in Camden, NJ is seeking a part-time Courier Driver to Transport materials, patients, and staff across the system. You will ensure timely, safe transportation, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and follow state driving laws. The role requires a CDL B with endorsements, CPR, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30/8:00 am to 4:00/4:30 pm; must lift up to 50 pounds. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies both full- and part-time roles.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years driving experience.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• Driver's License Abstract must meet Virtua Health's insurance carrier standards.
• Defensive driving course preferred.
• Class A or B CDL with endorsements required.
• CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Transports materials, patients, or employees safely and on time.
• Maintains vehicle cleaning and maintenance schedules.
• Follows New Jersey driving laws and keeps a clean driving record.
• Creates efficient schedules and routes to meet department goals.
• Keeps courier logs and related paperwork up to date.
• Performs additional duties including basic office tasks when needed.
