Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year DOT driving experience preferred.
• CDL-B license and DOT Medical Card required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass MVR/background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
• Review routes and complete tasks within the allotted time with quality.
• Safely operate street sweeper and other equipment.
• Handle materials safely and follow disposal protocols.
• Report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns promptly.
• Communicate professionally with team, supervisors, and clients.
• Complete logs, manifests, and forms accurately.
• Adapt to changes and solve problems in a timely manner.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
