Compensation:

• Non CDL: $18.46 - $23.08 / hour
• CDL B: $22.31 - $27.93 / hour

Job Summary:

The CDL B or Non CDL Delivery Driver is responsible for assisting DC management in efficiently executing warehouse operations. This includes order fulfillment, receiving and stocking materials, customer deliveries, warehouse organization, and inventory maintenance.

Responsibilities/Duties:

1. Delivery and Transportation:
   • Deliver goods to customer-specified sites using company transport vehicles.
   • Confirm delivery information with the customer before leaving the warehouse.
   • Physically load and unload goods safely and securely, using provided equipment.
   • Ensure loads are properly secured before transport.
   • Pick up goods from suppliers as requested by DC management.
2. Warehouse Operations:
   • Unload and receive stock replenishment materials into the warehouse.
   • Put away received goods following company policies.
   • Note damaged goods during receiving and notify appropriate personnel.
   • Maintain clear and safe passages in warehouse aisles and loading docks.
   • Report unsafe storage and equipment issues immediately.
   • Assist in order entry and picking materials to fill orders.
   • Perform quality control checks and assist in physical inventories and cycle counts.
3. Customer Service:
   • Provide exceptional customer service.
4. Safety and Compliance:
   • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
   • Follow all safety guidelines, including DOT, OSHA, and company policies.
   • Participate in safety training and maintain certifications.
5. Other Responsibilities:
   • Perform other duties beneficial to IDI.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Equipment Operation: Operate forklift, pallet jack, and shrink wrapper.
• Product Identification: Identify product numbers using codes.
• Physical Ability: Lift up to 75 lbs.
• Computer Skills: Use order entry and inventory systems.
• Performance: Achieve goals timely; maintain a CDL Class B Driver’s license.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Meet all DOT, state, and legal requirements.
• 1+ years in warehouse preferred.
• 2-4+ years operating commercial vehicles preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
