Job summary

NuCO2 is seeking a driver to deliver bulk CO2 liquid and high-pressure cylinders on an established route. The role involves safe loading, transportation, and unloading of CO2 and equipment to customers, with use of a handheld device for routing and delivery details.

Compensation reflects a local, full-time driver position with benefits after 30 days, including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) matching. The schedule is Sunday through Wednesday, 1:00 pm–11:30 pm, with primarily local runs.

Qualifications

• CDL required with 24 months of use in the last 24 months
• Must possess a Class A or B CDL, tanker and hazmat endorsements
• DOT medical card current
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Able to lift up to 55 pounds and maneuver up to 400 pounds
• Able to pull and retract a fill hose up to 100 feet
• Must read, write and speak English fluently
• Pass pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and unload CO2 and equipment safely and accurately on delivery routes
• Use handheld device for routing, customer delivery info, and depot communications
• Complete logs and reports as requested
• Maintain truck mileage records and delivery logs
• Assume additional responsibilities as assigned

NuCO2 is the largest national provider of beverage grade liquid CO2 to the food service and hospitality industry.

We have an immediate need for a driver who is responsible for delivering bulk CO2 liquid, hi-pressure cylinders, and other products to customers on an established route.

NuCO2 Driver Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the safe and accurate loading, transporting, and unloading of CO2 and equipment for delivery
• Use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information, and communication with assigned location management (depot)
• Complete logs and reports as requested
• Maintain basic records of truck mileage, deliveries made, and other business data as needed
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

NuCO2 Driver Qualifications:

• Must have had CDL for 24 months and have used CDL for 12 months within the last 24 months
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Must possess a Class A or B CDL, with tanker and hazmat endorsements
• Possess a current DOT medical card
• Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds and frequently maneuver 400 pounds
• Must be able to pull and retract a fill hose (up to 100 feet)
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Will be required to pass a pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen
