Compensation

• Weekly Pay: $1,380+
• Hourly Rate: $28.50
• 45+ hours per week
• Additional Pay:
• Per Diem Pay: $40 per night with 1 night out a week
• Nights out booked in Ryder Paid Hotel
• Bonuses
• Sign on Bonus: $750 at 30 Days and $750 at 90 Days
• Loyalty Bonus: $1500 paid at 9 months
• Unlimited driver referral bonuses
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route & Schedule

• Home most days (1 night out per week)
• Start times 5:00 AM - 6:00 AM
• Monday – Friday (4 Day Work Week)
• Route: 250 mile radius of Chester NY
• Freight: Heavy Touch – Pet Food
• Manual pallet jack & hand truck
  

Equipment

• Straight Trucks
• 24' & 26' Straight Truck
• 24/7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide
  
  

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL B License
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Must have Class B verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
• 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
• Must live within 30 miles of Chester, NY
