Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions in Dallas, TX is seeking a CDL B Local Driver who combines a customer-first mindset with safety discipline. You will operate company vehicles to deliver freight on a set schedule, unload as required, and complete all DOT and company paperwork.

Candidates must have a valid Class B CDL, be at least 21, and have at least 1 year of driving experience; Hazmat and Tanker endorsements or willingness to obtain them are required or reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL.
• At least 21 years of age.
• 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements or willingness to obtain - renewals reimbursable.
• No DUI/DWI in past 3 years.
• No more than 3 traffic violations in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Delivers and/or picks up freight to/from customer locations and/or a terminal.
• Ensures all shipping documentation is available for DOT inspection and proper paperwork accompanies shipment.
• Loads and/or unloads freight with or without mechanical assistance.
