Job summary

CJ Schwan's is hiring for a local delivery role in Maryland. You will complete daily routes, unload products, and use handheld devices to document deliveries while building in-store relationships.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement required; must meet medical certification requirements.
• Ability to safely lift up to 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment.
• Must meet pre-employment background check, drug test, and DOT physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete local daily route as planned to meet service expectations.
• Unload products, place product in the back room, and collect proof of delivery.
• Use handheld technology to complete daily work.
• Build in-store relationships and work effectively with co-workers in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain DOT rules and regulations and perform truck inspections.
