Job summary

Airgas is seeking a Local Delivery Driver (CDL B) in Export, PA to safely deliver compressed gas cylinders to local and regional customers. You will build lasting customer relationships and operate from an Airgas branch with a company-provided truck.

The role demands a CDL-B, Hazmat and Airbrake certifications, a Medical Card, and the ability to lift heavy loads. Airgas provides competitive pay and a broad benefits package, plus opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL-B license and be able to operate a straight or box truck.
• Must have Medical Examiner's Card.
• Hazmat and Airbrake certifications required.
• 1 year of Class A/B driving in last 5 years or equivalent training.
• Must be 21+ and able to read MSDS.
• Ability to lift 25–75 lbs and occasionally >125 lbs with assistance.
• Must be able to drive hazardous cargo up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, deliver, and unload cylinders to customer locations.
• Record deliveries and pickups on load manifests; obtain signatures.
• Adhere to SAFECOR and regulatory standards (DOT, EPA, FMCSA, FDA, OSHA).
• Assist in warehouse or dock as needed.
