Job summary

MPW Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable CDL B Operator to support industrial cleaning operations. You will safely transport equipment and perform hands-on fieldwork at customer sites, combining driving with physical labor in a safety‑driven environment.

You will travel to various sites, including out‑of‑state assignments, and contribute to efficient operations. Key responsibilities include operating scheduled cleaning equipment, setting up water blasting and vacuum systems, and

Qualifications

• Safety-focused mindset and following PPE procedures.
• Reliability: punctuality and accountability in driving and field tasks.
• Mechanical aptitude for operating cleaning equipment and vehicles.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing job site conditions and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles with CDL Class B in line with DOT regulations.
• Transport equipment and crew to job sites safely.
• Arrive on site properly prepared and in uniform.
• Set up cleaning equipment including water blasting and vacuum systems.
• Operate water blasting and cleaning tools.
• Use hand tools for manual labor as required.
• Follow MPW Health and Safety policies at all times.
• Work in confined spaces and industrial environments safely.
• Inspect and maintain equipment before returning to the branch.
• Communicate progress and safety with supervisors and team.
• Travel to various sites, including out-of-state assignments.
• Perform other duties to support operations.
