Job summary

MPW Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable CDL B Operator to support industrial cleaning by safely transporting equipment and performing hands-on fieldwork at customer sites.

The role blends driving with physical labor, emphasizing safety and efficiency. Requirements include a CDL Class B, a High School diploma (or equivalent), 2–3 years of relevant experience, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to travel and work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B required.
• 2–3 years operating commercial vehicles or performing manual labor preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform continuous physical work.
• Ability to wear respirators and PPE in challenging environments.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL Class B vehicles in DOT-compliant manner.
• Transport equipment and crew to job sites safely.
• Set up cleaning equipment (water blasting, vacuums) and perform manual tasks.
• Perform pre/post trip equipment checks and maintenance.
