Job summary

Florida Crystals Corporation, a large regenerative sugar producer, is seeking an experienced Fuel Truck Driver for the Sugar Farms Agriculture Shop. The role requires a Class B CDL with HazMat endorsement, plus solid English and/or Spanish communication and a clean driving record.

You will transport fuel, inspect equipment, and maintain inventories while following DOT and OSHA safety rules. Applicants should be able to obtain forklift certification within 30 days and participate in routine

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of experience with clean driving record.
• Class B CDL required; HazMat endorsement preferred.
• Ability to read, speak and write English and/or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Read, speak and write English and/or Spanish.
• Work with others and/or alone with minimum supervision.
• Follow instructions and communicate information pertaining to the job.
• Maintain accurate fuel and lube inventories.
• Fueling and servicing of all related equipment
• Capable of obtaining forklift certification within 30 days.
• Follow proper safety and housekeeping procedures pertaining to the area.
• Furnish basic hand tools pertaining to the job.
• Ability to work the posted scheduled and unscheduled hours as necessary.
