Job summary

Express Employment Professionals – Watseka, IL is partnering with a local manufacturing company to hire a Forklift / CDL B Driver. This role blends warehouse, production, and local driving responsibilities in a steady, full-time position.

You’ll safely operate forklifts to move materials, load and unload trucks, and make local deliveries with a Class B CDL vehicle. The schedule is 1st shift, Monday–Friday, in Watseka, IL.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL is required.
• Clean driving record is required.
• Experience operating a forklift is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move materials safely.
• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and stage metal materials.
• Load and unload trucks while ensuring materials are secured properly.
• Make local deliveries and pickups using a Class B CDL vehicle.
• Transport materials between the facility and local customers or job sites.
• Assist with moving materials throughout the production and warehouse areas.
• Complete required delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Keep the forklift, truck, and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations.
• Work closely with production and warehouse teams to keep materials moving efficiently.
