Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Class B CDL driver to deliver and unload food products to customers. The role requires early morning dispatches, safety-conscious operation, and adherence to DOT regulations.

Compensation includes a $70K average annual pay with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth in a nationwide food distribution network. The position emphasizes building customer relationships, safe delivery practices, and accurate documentation, with a Monday–Friday schedule

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-B license and DOT Health Card.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test and maintain DOT compliance.
• Able to lift 10–35 pounds and occasional up to 90 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and unload food and related products to customers by tractor trailer or straight truck.
• Perform safety checks and ensure truck and trailer meet DOT requirements.
• Drive routes per schedule and obtain customer signatures upon delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork for deliveries.
• Safely load/unload, and secure freight at customer sites.
