Allan Myers, the leading heavy civil contractor in the mid-Atlantic, is seeking experienced CDL B dump truck drivers to support site work, grading, pipe installation, processed water, and paving projects in Maryland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CDL B dump truck experience in heavy civil construction.
• Valid CDL B license with a clean driving record; CDL A is a plus.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe weight limits.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate dump trucks to haul materials between job sites.
• Support grading, excavation, pipe installation, processed water, milling, and paving operations.
• Load/unload materials with proper weight distribution and adherence to load limits.
• Follow routes and traffic laws; adhere to safety policies and DOT regulations.
• Inspect trucks daily and perform basic maintenance checks.
• Communicate with site supervisors and project teams; maintain delivery logs.
