The role focuses on safe hauling for site work, grading, paving, and pipe installation with emphasis on efficiency and compliance with DOT regulations. The ideal candidate has at least two years of dump truck experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience operating CDL B dump trucks in heavy civil settings.
• Must have valid CDL B with clean driving record; CDL A is a plus.
• Familiarity with weight limits, DOT rules, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate dump trucks to haul dirt, stone, asphalt, and debris between sites.
• Support grading, excavation, pipe installation, processed water, milling, and paving tasks.
• Load/unload with proper weight distribution and legal limits.
• Follow routes, traffic laws, and safety policies; maintain logs.
• Inspect trucks daily and perform basic maintenance checks.
• Communicate with site supervisors and crew; document deliveries.
