Job summary

Plug Power Inc. in Rochester, NY is seeking a Driver/Warehouse Technician to transport goods between our production facility and off-site warehouses.

You will operate a 26’ straight truck and support warehousing and order fulfillment tasks in a safety‑conscious team environment. The role requires a CDL‑B with HazMat endorsement, clean driving record, ability to lift up to 50lbs, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational education/training is preferred.
• CDL-B required.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred and active.
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screening.
• Must comply with DOT drug/alcohol testing regs.
• Adaptability to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather).
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Transport finished goods and raw materials between production facility and warehouse locations.
• Operate delivery vehicle safely and protect loads and passengers.
• Maintain vehicles in safe condition per DOT standards.
• Load trucks and label shipments; assist with order fulfillment.
• Manage delivery schedules and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Catalog shipments and support inventory control.
