Job summary

United Rentals Reliable Onsite Services in Portland seeks a CDL-B driver with ROS experience to service portable restrooms and sanitation equipment safely and on schedule. The role covers onsite repairs, delivery and pickups, and customer interactions in various weather conditions.

You will perform vehicle inspections, maintain logs, and ensure equipment is clean and ready for use while upholding all safety policies and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL with a safe driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years DOT-regulated commercial driving experience.
• Ability to lift items up to 45 lbs.
• Ability to work in all weather and customer environments.
• Commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Repair portable restroom units onsite as necessary.
• Move equipment, pickup and delivery as requested.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles; maintain truck logs.

Overview

Reliable Onsite Services, division of United Rentals, invites a CDL‑B driver with ROS experience to service portable restrooms and sanitation equipment safely, timely, and courteously.

Responsibilities

• Repair portable restroom units onsite as necessary
• Move equipment, pick‑up and delivery as requested
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections on vehicles; maintain truck logs
• Load and unload units
• Fuel vehicles and equipment
• Interact with customers, recommend additional services, and supply needs
• Maintain housekeeping of assigned vehicles and facility
• Maintain professional demeanor and appearance at all times
• Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and company policies
• Drop off and pick up equipment for customers
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL driver’s license with a safe driving record
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years DOT‑regulated commercial driving experience
• Ability to mount and dismount trucks multiple times daily
• Ability to lift items up to 45 lbs
• Capability to drive during day or night; weekend work may be required
• Attention to safety and diligent work ethic
• Superior customer service and teamwork skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Basic knowledge of the construction industry and safe driving procedures
• Ability to work in all weather and customer work environments
