Job summary

Canada Dry, a proud member of The Honickman Companies, is seeking CDL drivers for Richmond with home daily shifts and commission opportunities. Weekly earnings range from $750 to $1,000+ plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus ($1,000 after 60 days, $1,000 after 120 days). Overtime, full union benefits, and a stable career path are offered.

You’ll deliver to stores on assigned routes, load/unload, organize routes, stock products, handle invoices, and build strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class B with air brakes endorsement.
• Minimum 6 months of commercial driving experience.
• Clean driving record (must meet DOT and company standards).
• Must be comfortable driving a side loader truck.
• Experience with pallet jacks, dollies, and delivery equipment.
• Knowledge of FMCSA regulations.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to stores and customer locations on an assigned route.
• Load and unload products safely and efficiently.
• Organize your route and ensure timely deliveries.
• Stock and merchandise products when needed.
• Handle invoices and collect payments when required.
• Build strong relationships with customers on your route.
