Qualifications

• Valid CDL-B license and DOT Medical Card required.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR.
• 9 months Class B lift gate delivery experience and 1 year CDL in past 3 years.
• No major violations in past 5 years; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver dialysis supplies safely and on time.
• Unload freight at delivery locations and operate lift gate.
• Verify delivery accuracy and complete required paperwork.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; comply with DOT rules.
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries.
